Summary

​This project will assist commercial farms to identify sires contributing favourably to their breeding objective. Through evaluating new DNA pooling strategies and techniques. A benefit cost analysis will then be completed to investigate the trade-off in accuracy of DNA pooling compared to individual genotyping and other methods of assessing sire performance.
