Summary
The purpose of this project was to provide support and maintenance to the myMSA system.
Objectives
The support and maintenance activities include:
- Technical support (phone and meetings) for MSA personnel in utilisation of the myMSA system.
- Technical support for system vendors post adoption of the myMSA system.
- Technical support for processors in utilisation of the myMSA system.
- Correcting and/or deleting data where required.
- Housekeeping activities for the myMSA system at a data and system level.
- Liaison with MLA IT on system environment issues.
- Small updates as needed to address priority issues.
- Maintenance of the 'Web issues' register for task reporting.
Benefits to industry
This maintenance agreement ensured the continued integrity of MSA's internal and external software systems.
