Summary
ISC is looking forward to 2025 and ensuring that they can continue to use technology, people and processes to support an effective, comprehensive, and easy to use suite of products - the backbone of Australia’s red meat integrity system. This means evaluating the ISC Technology Team’s current internal software development ways of working, including capabilities, processes, and tools against the delivery of value to their customers. This evaluation will reveal the gaps between the current state and what is needed to support ISC’s continually evolving strategic goals.
Objectives
ISC’s Technology Team is embarking on a capability uplift programme to move to a formal and unified End-to-End Continuous IT Product development and Improvement Platform starting from Capturing and Managing High level Requirements/Features, Solution Design, Build/Development, Test Management/Automation & Release Management.
