Summary

Every year ISC engages with an external company to aid in the management and coordination of softwear development technicians for the suite of ISC digital products and platforms.

The consultant is responisble for the delivery of supporting documentation, processes and artefacts as defined in the ISC Jira task management system. This will include defect resolution, system improvements/optimisation and tooling/support.

The project also includes the provision of recommendations for areas of improvement that arise from undertaking business as usual (BAU) tasks, reported monthly.

Benefits to industry

ISC engages contractors and employeer augmentation to source specific technical skills for short to medium term activities, which ensure the ongoing efficiency, improvement and maintenance of the ISC digital products and platforms, which underpin ISC's service to industry.

This form of engagement also allows the ISC team to rapidly flex in response to industry needs in real-time to create a cost-effective system for producers and industry.
