Summary
This project supported the delivery of two activities:
Implementation of the Integrity Systems Company (ISC) Communication and Adoption Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement (MERI) framework, including managing all aspects of monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement of communication and adoption activities for ISC, the integrity system and programs across all target audiences as well as communication project activities and ISC customer feedback.
Development of a new MERI framework for the IS2025 strategy – as per the IS2025 implementation plan - including outlining objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), as well as measurement targets and tools and a continuous improvement plan to be used in realising the IS2025 strategy.
Key findings
The project delivered on the following outputs:
- review of 2019 MERI data as outlined in the Communication & Adoption MERI framework to set future targets. Where data does not exist manage a process toestablish baseline data across all target audiences
- management of the monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement activities outlined in the 2019/20 MERI framework including liaising with service providers as required
- development of recommendations for any changes to the ISC communication strategy workplan and activities.
- development of objectives and KPI’s for the IS2025 MERI Framework that are consistent with the IS2025 Strategy and Implementation Plan.
- development of KPIs for each adoption objective and audience segment within the IS2025 MERI Framework.
- development of a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for the IS2025 MERI Framework, which sets out each adoption objective and KPI’s on how these will be measured.
