Summary

This project provided call centre services to support the Australian red meat industry’s integrity system. Call centre services included the Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) program and National Vendor Declaration (NVD) ordering service, along with providing Business Continuity services for the National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) Helpdesk Service.

Objectives

This project aimed to provide call centre services to support the Australian red meat industry’s integrity system.

Benefits to industry

Having a dedicated call centre service in place for producers (and other supply chain participants) to access, supports industry in meeting the requirements of the red meat integrity system programs, including LPA, NLIS and NVDs.

MLA action

ISC is providing call centre services to support the Australian red meat industry's integrity system.

Future research

ISC will continue to provide call centre services to support the Australian red meat industry's integrity system.
