Summary
This project supported the development of a comprehensive Monitoring & Evaluation (MER) framework for the Integrity Systems Company (ISC) Communication and Adoption Strategy.
The project delivered a plan detailing the objectives for adoption, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Monitoring & Evaluation targets and metrics to be used in realising the ISC strategy across ISC, the integrity system and integrity programs.
Objectives
- Review of current ISC documents that inform communications and extension activities.
- Recommendations for any changes to the communication strategy workplan and activities.
- Development of adoption objectives that are consistent with the ISC Communication and Adoption Strategy.
- Development of KPIs for each adoption objective and audience segment.
- Development of a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan which sets out for each adoption objective and KPI how these will be measured.
- Working with the ISC Communication and Adoption manager, collate 2019 MER data as outlined in the MER framework including benchmarking data to align with future targets. This includes the 2019 Producer Awareness Survey (including alignment with previous surveys), stakeholder survey as required and collation of other data as required in ISC dashboard reporting activities.
Benefits to industry
The framework developed in this project will be the check and balance for all communication and adoption activities for ISC and ensure ongoing alignment with industry objectives and KPI’s.
