Summary

A consultant was engaged to support Integrity Systems Company (ISC) to ensure the ISO 19001:2015 certification continued to be maintained. This included conducting internal audits of processes within ISC and providing recommendations for improvements as well as documentation development.

There are a number or requirements for ISC to maintain accreditation and the rigors around our processes needs to be continually assessed. By engaging an external consultant to provide recommendations allows ISC to continually improve.

Objectives

The objective of this project was to test and improve ISC's quality management system process and ensure services continue to deliver.

Key findings

Some key internal assessments were conducted and improvements were progressed, which allowed ISC to close out a Minor Non-conformance which was outstanding for two years.

Benefits to industry

Ongoing review and assessments of ISC's internal processes help to manage the delivery of our services is imperative to continually improving.
