Summary

The project aimed to profile and promote Australian red meat in ASEAN, through activating our chefs network. Six ASEAN red meat ambassadors delivered two signature masterclass-dining showcases in the region, reaching around 100 trade, industry leaders, government and media. The program included dialogues on topics such as sustainability, with hands-on demonstrations and media coverage.

Objectives

To grow demand and preference for Australian red meat in South-East Asia and increase confidence and trust in using Australian beef and lamb.
