Summary
The project is co-funded by FAWO/RMCP and LEP, as part of the FAWO Strategic Planning 2nd term, and is expected to finish before April 2024. The LEP will deliver the project in two phases: Phase 1 covers the production of seven videos (AUD 30K), and Phase 2 is an extension of the production to accommodate possible changes from the ESCAS Review.
Updating the video material will consider and adapt to the latest developments in the Indonesian Government's animal welfare regulations, ESCAS, and On-farm biosecurity, as well as taking input from experts in the field of cattle production and livestock slaughter procedures. The training materials will be made generic, to ensure the information available can be used by many parties, including local livestock and livestock in other countries.
