Summary

Invest in customer initiatives and activation that inspires Butcher channel shoppers to visit their local butcher more often.

Butchers have been losing market share to grocery retailers – both penetration and frequency of shop. As a strategically important channel to the red meat industry with shoppers spending almost 2x more on red meat compared to grocery retail, deliver a shopper focused program to motivate and sustain butcher store visits.
