MLA coordinates Australia’s participation in major international trade shows, providing licensed red meat exporters with a platform to showcase Australian beef, lamb, and goatmeat to key global customers. These events support customer engagement, strengthen commercial relationships, and promote the quality, sustainability, integrity, eating quality, and food safety credentials that underpin Australia’s reputation as a trusted supplier of red meat.

Objectives

The key objectives of MLA's participation in Global Tradeshows is to:

- Increase awareness and preference for Australian beef, lamb, and goatmeat among international customers while showcasing the industry's world-leading quality, sustainability, and food safety credentials. 
- Support Australian exporters to build relationships, develop new business opportunities for Australian red meat.
