Summary
Aussie Meat Academy brings together importers, distributors, retailers, foodservice operators, chefs and industry professionals through education, training and networking activities. By providing practical knowledge and inspiration, the program helps strengthen industry capability, increase engagement with Australian red meat, and develop long-term advocates for Aussie Beef and Lamb.
Objectives
The program aims to improve knowledge, confidence and preference for Australian red meat among foodservice, retail and trade professionals, leading to increased advocacy, stronger commercial relationships, and greater utilisation of Australian beef and lamb in the Japanese market.
