Summary
Aussie Meat Academy is MLA's industry education program in Korea - delivering seminars, workshops, networking events and ambassador-led activities that build knowledge, skills and engagement with Australian beef and lamb across the foodservice, retail and trade sectors.
Objectives
The program aims to improve knowledge, confidence and preference for Australian red meat among foodservice, retail and trade professionals - leading to increased advocacy, stronger commercial relationships and greater utilisation of Australian beef and lamb in the South Korean market.
