Summary
The Economic Access program supported Australian red meat exporters across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) by monitoring trade policy developments, economic conditions and market access issues that may affect export opportunities. The project provided market intelligence, stakeholder engagement and advocacy support to help industry understand changing market conditions, identify emerging opportunities, and mitigate risks to trade. Through ongoing engagement with government, industry and commercial stakeholders, the program contributed to maintaining and enhancing the competitiveness of Australian red meat in key international markets.
