Breeding values are a powerful tool in predicting the performance of herds. Meat & Livestock Australia’s genetics investments span 30 years of data used to underpin this valuable genetic tool that is being used to influence on-farm profit drivers and support the resilience of the red meat industry through commercial application.

The DNA to Dollars Forum will demonstrate how cross-industry collaborations have resulted in furthering enhancements of the genetic tools available to all cattle producers. You’ll be informed about key research findings, hear firsthand experiences from producers utilising genetics tools, along with opportunities for you to get involved in collaborations and projects.
