The Practical Leader Program | NT

Commencing: November 2019 (9 month blended learning program) 

The Practical Leader Program has been designed to help farm producers lead with confidence, negotiate challenges as they come up and build a team for the long haul to make the ‘people stuff easier’.

Created as a blended learning experience, this program consists of face to facilitated learning, one on one coaching, online learning group webinar sharing sessions and a workplace project.

Facilitated by expert negotiator, Sam Trattles and leading talent ad performance expert, Margot Andersen, participants will learn the practical tools and frameworks that support finding, managing and keeping great people, whilst also working on their own business challenges in a supported environment.
