The southern grassfed carcase competition is commencing its 11th year of existence. Over the past two years the competition has grown to be Australia's largest grassfed carcase competition with nearly 1300 entries.
The competion provides industry leading performance reports and benchmarking and concludes with a presentation night where the results and information is presented back in an educational format.
The event also charges entrants 1% of their proceeds and donates this to the Royal Flying Doctor Service on behalf of all entrants. Last year this was more than $27,000.
