Thriving Women 2023 Conference

WoTL’s Thriving Women Conference is the premier conference event to secure a sustainable future for women living and working in agriculture and associated industries. This year, Thriving Women will be held in New South Wales for the first time and feature high-profile keynote speakers Leigh Sales AM (Presenter – ABC’s Australian Story), Olympia Yarger (Founder and CEO, Goterra) and Jane Cay (Founder, birdsnest).

This year's theme, Growing and Inspiring Women Connected through Agriculture, will focus on the critical role women play in the day-today operation of primary production, natural resource management and rural communities. Additionally, women also play a critical role in agribusiness and related industries including processing, marketing and value adding of agricultural commodities
