Coral Bay to host BeefUp Forum

Beef producers throughout north-west Western Australia can access timely tips and tools to help manage their businesses when Meat & Livestock Australia’s (MLA) BeefUp Forum is held in Coral Bay on 8 November.
 
The forum will feature a range of guest speakers addressing regionally relevant issues with a focus on production and new technologies to boost on-farm productivity.
 
Hosted by MLA, with support from the Gascoyne Catchments Group, Bullseye project and WA Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, the forum is also designed to seek direct input from producers through the Western Australian Livestock Research Council (WALRC) to help drive the future direction of levy-payer funded research, development and adoption (RD&A) programs.

  • Farmbot water monitoring – Cameron Young, Farmbot
  • Ceres Tags – David Smith, Ceres Tags

The BeefUp Forum will be held at Bill’s Bar, Robinson Street, Coral Bay and runs from 9.30am to 6pm. The cost to attend is $20, which includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a barbecue dinner. Registration is essential.
