Summary

MLA's supply chain management program sought to guide and monitor R&D investment, with the view of supporting chains that are aligned to the end consumer. This project sought to support this area of work by:
1. Developing a conceptual approach towards supply chain metrics that underpins specific analysis and the overall program.
2.  Developing the Terms of Reference for the benchmarking studies.
3. Assisting MLA to commission the benchmark studies on specific chains to diagnose the current situation and to highlight opportunities.
 4. Present a final report outlining the benchmarking studies undertaken and detailing the anticipated outcomes and benefit to the Supply Chain Program.
This project was terminated and did not deliver a final report.
