Summary

MLA commissioned this report looking into the level of interaction between young producers and MLA and what they are looking for from MLA. Four key strategies came out of this report which focuses on achieving the goals of greater awareness and perceived value of MLA. These are: 

Creating awareness 

Demonstrating relevance and value  

​Proactively engaging  


Creating advocates 3 focus groups were established in Roma, Albury and Narrogin. 
The key findings of this report were that young producers:  
Have a preference for  electronic information 

Would like to be more involved in MLA events 

Would like to see young people profiled in publications
