Summary

Background
MLA works with various CISP partners to develop capability in "Dynamic alignment" methodology. This technique is used to assist companies to segment and manage relationships with buyers and sellers.  
Project activities
Project A.SCT.0060 was designed to support the travel expenses of the red meat industry speakers in the Supply Chain Business Summit in Sydney.
This summit was titled The Rules Of The Game Have Changed Time To Re-Set Your Enterprise  Supply Chains. The topic for the panel was 'Using Dynamic Alignment Principles To Transform Global Bovine Meat And Livestock Practices. Co-Chairs were Dr. Carlos Bremer, Partner, Axia Consulting and Dr Christine Pitt, GM Client Innovation Services, MLA.
The industry participants were:
