Summary
These projects covered the costs to undertake MSA sesnory testing of meat samples collected within the B.NBP.0486 project "Growth and meat quality of grain finished entire male Bos indicus cattle" including: sample preparation and storage, recruitment of consumers, arranging test venues, conducting sensory testing of beef samples, and submitting data in accordance with MSA protocols.
Results from the sensory testing were analysed and presented in the B.NBP.0486 final report.
