Summary

Breeding cattle in an intensive feedlot environment in the tropics is challenging and can be associated with several animal health and welfare problems. Large numbers of bulls, cows and calves are run year-round in small confines. The aim of this project was to document these, develop solutions for them and provide resources and training to owners and operators of Indonesian feedlots.
