Summary
MLA has designed and conducted a series of invitation-only workshops as part of the new Global Innovation Insights Program for companies that wish to explore new high value red meat growth opportunities in both domestic and export markets. This workshop was presentated by Dr Julian Mellentin that uppacked emerging global food trends.
