Summary
The NSW Farmers Conference will be held in Sydney on 14-16 July 2015. MLA is sponsoring the event $6,000 (GST exclusive). MLA has the opportunity to have a speaker for 10 minutes (Richard Norton). The Conference will be attended by 350 NSW producers
MLA to sponsor NSW Farmers Annual Conference $6,000 (GST exclusive). The sponsorship entitlements are as follows:
Exclusive sponsorship of selected session including:
· Acknowledgement by the Chair at the commencement of the session
· Logo featured on the screen throughout the session
· Opportunity to display pull up banners in the main meeting room for the duration of the session & Exhibition Hall
· Hand out placed at each delegates table as supplied by you prior to the session commencing. This could be in the form a questionnaire, promotional flyer etc.
10 Minute keynote presentation time at the commencement of the selected session.
Recognised as an Annual Conference Session Sponsor on selected Annual Conference collateral including:
· Annual Conference Website
· Conference Compendium
FOC Attendance by two staff members for the duration of the Conference inclusive of all events including:
· Morning, lunch and afternoon tea, served in the exhibitor hall
· Welcome cocktail reception on Tuesday July 14 in the exhibitor hall from 5.30pm – 6.30pm.
· Delegate breakfast on Wednesday July 15 prior to Annual Conference commencing from 7.30am – 8.30am.
· Annual Conference Gala function on Wednesday July 15 at Dockside, Cockle Bay Wharf from 7.00pm – 10.00pm.
