Summary
This project is aim to review MLA’s current portfolio and develop preliminary evaluation and measurement framework for “High Value Food Frontiers” program. A combination of facilitated workshops, development of dashboard tools and value propositions will be completed to assist the program develop and map portfolio of strategic investable innovation growth opportunities by key insights themes, partners and technology platforms as MLA seeks to deliver a 3-5 value multiplier in value to base red meat commodity price.
