Summary
This project forms part of the MLA pilot project for the new adoption program, which is being piloted in 2016. Macquarie Franklin has been contracted to coordinate and implement the pilot program. A key part of the program is to coach producers in a supported learning environment based on a certain curriculum to identify and measure the improvement in producer skill as a result of participating in the supported learning program. In total 11 coaches will be contracted to work with producer groups across the country. This contract is for one of those coaches.
