Summary

​Through its network of livestock market officers across Australia, the National Livestock Reporting Service independently collects market data from the key saleyards, in addition to slaughter statistics, wholesale, skin and slaughter figures. This service is funded via producer levies as well as Australian Government matching funding, with the funding covering data collection and reporting as well as the development and operation of NLRS related IT systems.
