Summary

​This project seeks to better understand value in considering diversifyinf innovation investment in the delicatessen category, which domestically at least is dominated by porkl and chicken proteins, in order to improve market share of red meat.

It was identified that red meat product only share around 2% in the Deli space currently which present huge opportunity to grow. It was suggested that investment decisions must be informed not only by consumer insights, but also sound busness acument; inflencing scenarios will require vision, investment and tools/framworks to support accurate decision making.
