Summary
These consultancy projects (per diem) with the same provider (2017- 2018), enabled high level of support to the MLA Program Manager Sustainable Feedbase Resources assisting in the efficient and effective administration and implementation of the delivery of all aspects of the Rural Profit Project " Fasttracking Weed biocontrol" (B.WBC.0001).
Key tasks included:
- Coordinate the preparation of new or related contracts
- Collating sub project reports into a compiled report
- With the research teams developing the draft communication and evaluation logframes and progress implementationwith the MLA contract officer
- managing project financials including by providing advice and instructions to the MLA contracts officer
- updating milestones
- Managing and maintaining all information relating to the project/s (contracts, invoices, milestone reports)
- Write timely and high quality reports for the program Manager the monitoring and reporting of progress against project milestones and budgets
- Provide a brief summary report on the MLA final report template summarising the project work progressed
- Follow up and review of M7 financial reportsLiaised with MLA for finalisation of invoices for final payments.
