Jim’s Jerky in partnership with MDC investigated the Asian meat snacks export market. Meat snacks is a product platform that has the potential to increase the market demand for red meat via new high value product and market development, that can translate into increased value and incremental volume back to Australian producers. This project included an Asian market review and development of new products and service concepts, including in-market taste assessment profiles.
