An emerging consumer trend is for consumers to prioritise experiences over things. They engage directly with a product/service and in return they receive an enhanced and unique interaction that suits them. This project seeks to unlock this trend through the lens of red meat with MLA commissioning Euromonitor to identify several high valued opportunity spaces to grow demand. This project is part of MLA’s insights2innovation program.
