Objectives
The Rare Medium seasonal emagazine is the Rare Medium program's key communication platform to the foodservice audience. Publishing four issues a year - two beef and two lamb - each issue is co-edited with a different chef influencer. Providing chefs and the fooservice industry with education and inspiration through the Australian red meat supply chain, the emagazine tells the stories or chef influencers and how they utilise red meat in their venuesc, highlights producer and supply chain innovation, explores and showcases whole carcase utilisation, profiles interesting uses of beef and lamb on menus and provides insights and information on key industry issues and priorities.
