Summary
This Company managed account is to fund non-contract invoices for the MLA Animal Wellbeing Program during FY22. This includes external reviews on an as needs basis, printing & formatting of MLA Wellbeing publications (eg bushfire manual); meeting expenses for consultation with researchers, working groups (animal welfare index); and travel expenses for animal wellbeing project management.
Objectives
This CMA will provide funds to support communications, development of resources to support extension and adoption. The program this FY has a suite of projects that will be completed. There is an opportunity to communicate and extend these project outcomes to producers and Australian red meat consumers more broadly.
