Summary
Independent butchers require the tools and inspiration to develop new meal solutions that target medium and light buyers of red meat, (Modern Australians and Young Families 60% Q3 Nielsen report) who are switching to competitor proteins. Need to reinforce that beef and lamb are a healthy, quick and easy option.
