Summary
This CMA will support the delivery of key priorities in the Content Strategy to increase engagement and impact with key MLA stakeholders. This may include initiatives such as the Next Gen campaign, Beyond the Gatekeeper campaign, expanding third party networks and/or value-chain communications "mapping". The CMA funds will be used strategically to deliver on initiatives where MLA's existing networks and channels are exhausted - this could include advertising and promotion, printing and distribution, content (such as video/digital) development and production, and/or stakeholder engagement. It may also support costs associated with staff travel, accommodation etc where stakeholder engagement is required to enhance the outcomes of this work.
