Summary

This project is second phase of the evolution of myMLA (myMLA 2.0) over the next six to 12 months involves improving the user experience through personalised and relevant information as well as providing MLA with a unified view of users through the addition of new features and functionality. This includes integrating myMLA with MLA's CRM and providing an e-commerce facility on myMLA.

This is the initial phase which is the design stage which UX/UI and solution design.

Objectives

To increase engagement with and impact of MLA's communication with key industry stakeholders.
