Summary
This project supported ISC in preparing its Quality Management System (QMS) for the ISO:9001 Surveillance Audit. ISC has maintained its ISO 9001 certification since 2009 and has a dedicated team invested in maintaining a high standard Quality Management System. This project supported the ISC Quality Management team to review documentation and conduct internal audits across ISC and provided recommendations for addressing gaps or improvements to the ISC Quality Management System.
Objectives
This project aimed to assist ISC in preparing its Quality Management System (QMS) for the ISO:9001 Surveillance Audit.

Future research
ISC will continue to invest in the implementation of systems and processes to underpin the Quality Objectives of the organisation and to maintain its ISO 9001 certification.
