Summary

This project will provide customer contact centre services to support the Australian red meat industry’s integrity system, specifically:
• The Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) program
• The National Vendor Declaration (NVD) ordering service
• The National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) program.

The core services to be provided by the Consultant include:
• responding to general ISC programs enquiries to customer satisfaction (including NLIS, LPA, NVDs electronic NVDs (eNVDs) and MyMLA)
• supporting customers through the LPA program registration, accreditation and recommitment process
• accepting orders and credit card payments for NVD books from LPA accredited producers
• managing responses to emails and issues related to ISC programs.

Objectives

This is an ongoing customer facing service that will support the adoption and compliance targets for the integrity programs (NLIS, LPA and NVDs) as well as other ISC and MLA products (e.g. Livestock Data Link and myMLA).
