Summary
To uplift Integrity Systems Company (ISC) products and teams to underpin the ISC 2025 strategy, ISC is consulting externals to complete this New Relic enhancement project. This project will bring ISC SysOps team to a higher level of support, so engineers can quickly identify the incident before it impacts customers. This project will also ensure the application team has the proper tools to monitor application performance and perform root cause analysis efficiently.
Objectives
The main objective of this project is reviewing and improving New Relic instrumentation, configuration, alerting and dashboards by implementing Observability as a code to complete the eight tasks identified.
