Summary

This CMA is to support the delivery of a range of activities in support of the ISC FY24 Technology Roadmap. The initiative focuses on enhancing efficiency, ensuring quality, and fostering greater agility in both technology projects and BAU via Assessment of Current QA/Test Automation Processes, Tool Selection and Integration (referred to as Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment or CI/CD). This work is expected to improve the management of test environments across ISC's product suite, ensuring what is developed, works first time in production. The contractor resource will be sourced from vendors/partners under existing agreements with MLA/ISC.

Objectives

The 'ISC QA and Test Automation Continuous Improvement' project is driven by the imperative to optimise and elevate quality assurance (QA) and test automation processes within the ISC Technology department. Focus is on enhancing efficiency, ensuring ISC produces high quality software, and fostering greater agility through automation, in technology projects and BAU.
