Summary
This CMA was to cover ongoing improvement of the CRM platform functionality by incorporating and streamlining current business processes into the system in FY25. Continual enrichment of the CRM assists MLA to move forward with our overall objective of the system being the single source of truth within the business.
Objectives
To increase engagement with and impact of MLA's digital communication with key industry stakeholders.
