Summary

The purpose of this project is to demonstrate, through consumer testing in an international market, that beef underpinned by MSA is more consistent than the USDA grading system.

Objectives

The expected outcome of this consumer sensory research is to provide evidence of the MSA product consistency, which can be used in market communications, for both MLA and brand owners.
