Summary

​​This project provided support and maintenance required for the myMSA system to enable the MSA program for MSA stakeholders.​

Objectives

​​The support and maintenance activities included:   

  • technical support (phone and meetings) for MSA personnel in utilisation of the myMSA system
  • technical support for MSA licensed system vendors during development of integrated systems and post ​adoption of the myMSA system for beef and sheepmeat   
  • technical support for MSA licensed processors in utilisation of the myMSA system
  • correcting and/or deleting data where required as requested by MLA staff
  • housekeeping activities for the myMSA system at a data and system level  
  • liaison with MLA IT on system environment issues
  • small updates as needed to address priority issues   
  • maintenance of the 'Web issues' register for task reporting   
  • recalculation of MSA grade data and make available in myMSA 
  • support for MSA requirements in myFeedback including but not limited to support to myFeedback ​development team for MSA content. ​

Key findings

Ongoing maintenance of the myMSA system including post release ​support for connected systems but not limited to SSO, myfeedback and CRM.
