Summary

The Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) is a high impact, immersive experiential learning program focused on the development of leadership for individuals and collectives who are contributing to the future prosperity of rural and regional Australia. The project will support the development of industry leadership and MLA ambassadorship through supporting an annual scholarship in the ARLP from October 2021 to December 2025.

Develop leadership capability within the industry.

Key findings

The investment supported an annual scholarship in the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) from November 2021 to December 2025. Each year, around 30 leaders participated in immersive, real-world experiences designed to enhance their adaptive skills for overcoming future challenges and act for the greater good of rural and regional Australia and the industry they represent.
