Summary
The Aussie Meat Academy supported:
- the recruitment, training and engagement of professional Lambassadors and Aussie Beef Mates across North America
- a series of educational and inspirational B2B events in target cities, promoting awareness of and demand for Aussie beef, lamb and goat
- content development to support the monthly Aussie Meat Minute culinary e-newsletter and other media and social media channels.
Objectives
Grow awareness of and preference for Aussie beef, lamb and goat in North America, and grow awareness of and interest in MLA's ambassador programs and Aussie Meat Academy workshops and events.
