V.ISC.2041 - Crisis Preparedness Activities

Summary

This project provides Integrity Systems Company (ISC) with support over a two-year period in maintaining and enhancing its resilience framework and associated documentation that underpins ISC’s business continuity and crisis response plans. The project developed and supported the delivery of training courses that will be embedded in staff induction programs as well as annual refresher training. It will also facilitate the delivery of the annual crisis response simulation to test and review ISC’s resilience framework.

Objectives

1. Develop training content that can be integrated into ISC’s online learning platform to support the induction process for new staff, and to be used as an annual training refresher for staff
2. Development and delivery of refresher training for the ISC team covering business continuity planning, crisis response and IT disaster recovery
3. Preparation and facilitation of an annual crisis simulation
4. Annual review of crisis framework and associated documents and any recommendations for improvement
5. Annual review of training materials and any recommendations for improvement.
