Summary

This project will build on and support the delivery and implementation of the ISC flagship initiative ‘Stand by what you sell’ campaign. This project will build on Stand By What You Sell work undertaken in 2020, 2021 and 2022 (v.isc.1925, v.isc.2030 and v.isc.2209). Its focus is on coordinating the development and delivery of a range of communication and engagement activities including stakeholder engagement, producer extension, eNVD app adoption and resource development.

Objectives

1. Stakeholder engagement – to establish and maintain partner relationships, activities and events. Through this
framework, stakeholder communication support will also be provided across a range of ISC activities. Key activities will
include the delivery of two stakeholder communication updates (webinars) about ISC programs, as well as ad hoc support as required.

2. Producer extension – up to 25 webinars will be coordinated with ISC and/or through stakeholder partnerships with SDAs
and/or SFOs. The webinars will cover a range of topics for ISC including LPA program updates, the NLIS and updates on the
rebuild, eNVD and the shift to digital consignments and sheep and goat eID implementation.

3. Resource development – finalise development of new LPA resources including LPA Handbook, introduction to LPA, state-based LPA Welcome Pack, LPA factsheets and LPA audit resources which were established in the previous contracts. This also includes updating and developing eNVD resources for a variety of distribution channels to support continued
promotion of digital consignments.

4. Out of scope – the consultant may also be required to provide other communication support services/event
management. This may include ad hoc graphic design requests for various projects and event promotion.
